Shipping & Returns

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your online order. Within that timeframe you can expect an email confirming your order and letting you know when it is on the way. 

STORE PICKUP:
If you are in the Lexington, Kentucky area you are welcome to pick up your order in person. Our retail store is located the Landsdowne Shoppes at 3361 Tates Creek Rd. Lexington, KY. We are open from 10:00am - 6:00pm Monday - Saturday. 

SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within a 2-3 business day timeframe via FedEx.  

FREE SHIPPING is included for all purchases of $150 or more. For purchases less than $150 a flat shipping rate of $15 will be accessed. 

REFUNDS:
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount for the return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have questions, please call us directly at (859) 309-0421.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@jamesondouglasclothing.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Final sale items are non-refundable or exchangeable.
